These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Durangodaves Web Services. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

Content And Responsibility: You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

    Note that it is impossible for the staff or the owners of this forum to confirm the validity of posts. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately.   2. Registration, Posting, and Profile: Please do not post Copyrighted material without specific permission from the author. When permission is granted, please cite all appropriate references. Please do not post copyrighted graphics.

    The Management of the Durangodaves takes no responsibility for the content of the Member's Albums section of the Photo Gallery. Each member is responsible for the content of their album. The Management of Durangodaves reserves the right to remove any graphic or photo from the Galleries for any reason, including, but not limited to inappropriate or copyrighted materials.

    You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft, we recommend at least 10 mixed numbers, letters, special characters but 15 is much better.

    After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.

    Under no circumstances are you to post any images (including your profile avatar) of sexually explicit material. This includes but not limited to people in bikini's, topless, or the like. This is a conservative board and we are here as professionals.

    Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

  3. Bans And Banning: We have several different kinds of bans in the event of unsavory behavior.

    We prefer not to ever ban anyone but it does happen, its just the world we live it. If you have a question about your ban you can email us at [customerservice at durangodaveswebservices dot com]. However it really should be no surprise to anyone because we fully explain to members before the ban ever happens. If you feel you were unjustly banned then please contact us at that email and we will revisit the case. #
  4. Posting Code: If you are going to post any kind of computer code PHP, CSS, HTML, JS, or any other computer code, please use the code BBCODE which is right next to the quote BBCODE. An example would be:

  5. Discouraged Topics: Please do not talk about religion, politics, or any other topic that is sure to incite or cause drama in the forums. This is not the place for those topics. This is a support forum. #
  6. New Member Limitations: New members will need to use the captcha for the first 5 posts, after that it goes away. #
  7. Language Usage: Please be kind and refrain from using profanity of any kind in our forum. Again this is not the place for that. #
  8. Editing, Removing, And Locking Posts: Moderators and Admin of the site have full permissions to edit, remove, or lock a post. We will do this if we feel the content does not abide by our rules or we feel that the content does not belong on this forum. Posts will be locked when we feel the topic has run its course and/or further replies are no longer required. #
  9. It's Not Personal: If your topic gets changes or removed or locked, or you get a warning or get banned. Please understand it is not personal. We make those decisions based on content and actions not by personal issues. This mean that even if we disagree on an idea, you have the right to share those ideas as long as they fall without our rules. We have to look out for other members and the reputation of our website. We never warn, ban, change or remove content based on personality conflicts. So please don't ever think its personal, its not! And if you really think it is then notify me, I will investigate and handle it from there. #
  10. Bottom Line: The bottom line is that this is a support forum for members that have questions about one of our projects. It is not a social site or a hang out. It's purpose is to help others get the answers they need when they have a question. Please be professional and please be kind to others. #
